Build Manager - Interface

The Build Manager is now fully integrated to the application interface and can be switched between full Preview, Edit only or work in Split Screen view, maximizing the workspace to suit your needs.

All template, store pages and settings are all now accessed from the My Store panel, reducing the number of actions needed to make changes to your store.
Build Manager - Product Settings

Use the Build Manager to create your store pages and add all your products. Add stock levels, products codes, images, prices, discounts and more.
Build Manager - HTML Editor

Use the HTML Editor to style products, content pages all other aspects of your store pages. Use Floating Placeholders to display product variables in the page. Optional export to web editor, such as Dreamweaver, for customisation.

Build Manager - Template Editor

Use the Template Editor to design the layout of products in your store pages. Include the product price, product code, stock levels, secondary product options (e.g. size and colour) and much more.

Build Manager - Couriers

Create multiple courier methods for any world delivery zone or country. Charge by total weight, value or number of items or as a flat rate for different zones. Individual product-by-product charges can also be set.
Import Wizard

Import product data directly to the Build Manager via CSV source. Use the Import Wizard to add/remove or update existing products in your store.
Publish Manager

Publish your EROL store with the Publish Manager. Automatically detect your host's upload settings, publish only modified files or use full manual FTP mode.
Order Manager

The Order Manager retrieves all your orders for processing. Use the workflow to process orders manually or in bulk, check and re-calculate stock levels, print invoices, delivery notes, address labels, send e-mails and more.

This feature is available in Start-up, Small Business, Business and Developer.
Customer Manager

Each customer ordering from your EROL store has a customer profile automatically created. Send e-mails to your customers, assign personal discounts and privileges, create reports and more.

This feature is available in Business and Developer.


Inventory Manager

Manage your products easily in the Inventory Manager, adjust stock levels, prices, assign suppliers, place purchase orders and more.

This feature is available in Small Business, Business and Developer.

Supplier Manager

Create supplier profiles for all your suppliers and assign them to products sold in your store.

This feature is available in Business and Developer.
EROL Store Manager

The EROL Store Manager is a new tool to help you manage different versions of your EROL stores - extremely useful for creating separate, themed versions of your store like at Christmas or Valentines day! EROL Store Manager also checks for and manages the download and installation of any EROL software updates.

Reports

View and print reports for Orders, Products or Customers based on specific or date-based criteria.
Email

Create and send e-mails to single or multiple recipients, automatically populated with record-specific data like customer name, products ordered, price information, shipment method etc.
Charts

View and print charts from a selection of preset options, including Top Customers, Best Selling Products and more.
Exports

Export data from EROL in a variety of formats and filters.
