Outlined below are the main points for a ‘GOLD PACKAGE’ Design & Build.

Store Interface & Homepage

The store homepage will be designed to include a banner with suitable image/s to set the scene for visiting customers. We would be open to suggestions from you on this matter, and the design phase will begin with a telephone consultation to assess your design preferences. Quick graphic links would be incorporated to guide potential customers into focused areas of the site e.g. What’s New, Special Offers or Top Sellers. The Design phase will also include a design layout for the product layout page(s), as well setting up main navigational menu buttons.

Note: If, during the design phase, any Library Images are required for the design, they will be sourced by us and quoted for per image required.

Our design service allows for one concept design to be delivered following consultation of the store homepage and internal product layout page. The design submitted may have up to three revisions, based on feedback from you, before being signed off as ready for production.

Supply of Content & Product Information

Once the design phase has been completed, we will await the receipt of your product information, images and other content/assets. Only once all content and product information has been received will we start the construction of your store.

Product Pages/Templates & Information Pages

These will have a cohesive look that flows through the site using good typography and clearly defined page titles. Products will be displayed to best advantage with clear ‘More info’ and ‘Buy buttons’ and one Product Layout Template will be designed to display the thumbnail/normal view and one Product Layout Template will be designed to display the expanded view of your products.

Navigation

This would most likely be a top and left hand menu. The left hand menu would have the main sections & product links and the top menu links for information pages i.e. About Us and Trading Terms & Checkout etc.

Once product information and images have been received from you, the store’s construction can be started.

Foundation Build

This covers the implementation of the design into the EROL Software as follows:

• Implementation of agreed design following receipt of product information, images and other assets.
• Implementation of store Toolbars and Menus/Sub Menus
• 1 x Product Page Template
• 3 x Product Layout Templates for both Normal Product View
• 3 x Product Layout Templates for both Expanded Product View
• 1 x Product Layout Template for a ‘Special Offer’ Product
• Shipment / Delivery Charges setup
• One Payment Service Provider method fully setup and tested
• 1 x About Us content page (content to be supplied)
• 1 x Contact Us content page (content to be supplied)
• 1 x Terms & Conditions content page (default Terms & Conditions supplied)
• 1 x Store Checkout Page (must be a Standard EROL Checkout Template. Modifications to the Checkout Page are at additional cost – please see Optional Extras for more info)
• 1 x CSV/spreadsheet example containing data for up to 10 products, ready to import and work as a template for you to follow when adding more products
• 1 x Search Field - Implement a customer search field and search button into the Toolbar or Menu layout, and style the search results template.
• Customised Checkout Page - If variations from any of the standard EROL Checkout page templates are required e.g. Additional Fields, layout changes etc. are required, please contact us.
• Bronze SEO (Search Engine Optimisation Service)
  Following completion of your EROL store, and once all products and content have been added, use our Bronze SEO service to optimise your EROL store for the major search engines, including your popular keywords and phrases and submitted to Google, Yahoo and DMOZ.
• 1 x One Day Training Course at our Brighton or Chester training centres
• 1 x EROL PROFESSIONAL Hosting Package – Includes 350Mb fast web space, 4Gb data transfer p/mth, webmail facility and 25 POP3 email addresses

Creating a sample CSV/spreadsheet enables you to then populate the CSV with the rest of your product data you wish to add to your store. The following table sets out charges for importing your products, creating the pages and connecting up the menu(s) and navigation following import:
