1. EROL comes with 30 days of telephone support. This becomes active once you have registered your copy of EROL.
2. Before you telephone EROL Support please be ready to quote your
STORE ID.
3. Telephone Support hours are between 10am-5pm (GMT), Mon-Fri (excluding Bank Holidays).
4. Helpdesk Tickets will be responded to within 72 hours, Mon-Fri (excluding Bank Holidays), during office hours.
In the unlikely event of you not receiving a response within 72 hours, please call 0870 747 9142 and state your Ticket Number, which will allow our support team to track your support issue.
IMPORTANT:
Telephone support is only available in the first 30 days of EROL usage. Calls made outside this period will be directed to our online Helpdesk.
